Chemical level in soil has increase, giving threat for depletion of organic matter & living microbes / microorganisms. The soil carbon ratio has reached to the lowest level, reducing the healthy crop production on account of nutritional value & volumes.

As a responsible management portfolio, I look at the credibility of product performance in the field by maintaining the image of the organization & I also look at growth of organization to reach about 100cr. Within span by 2025–26 years.
